Summer Dog Treat Recipe: Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Drops
With a large number of dog treats on the market, it can be difficult to determine what the best options are—and which ones actually even provide a high level of nutrition for your pet. But did you know that many of the best and safest ways to “treat” your pet can actually be made with ingredients in your own home? (And in many cases, they’re edible snacks for humans as well!)
One of the simplest and best options here are Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Drops, which require a mere four ingredients to make. All are included in many of the natural dog treats that are well-loved by pet owners and all are readily available on most grocery shelves.
This recipe can also be altered in several ways by adding other ingredients that are safe for dogs, if you so choose. Just be sure to properly research the ingredients you are thinking of adding before throwing them into the mix.
Here’s an easy recipe for making a simple and healthy treat for your dog that is great for any time of year, but especially in the heat of the summer.
