Mrs. Cindy C. Lane

Cindy C. Lane, the accomplished breeder behind Cin-Dee's Cockers, has dedicated her passion to breeding and exhibiting Cocker Spaniels since 1975. Approximately 60 AKC champions resulted from limited litters, many of which hold prestigious positions in the American Spaniel Club's Hall of Distinction ROM and LOM records as top producers and national award recipients. Mrs. Lane transitioned to the role of judging for AKC in 2007. She has been granted regular status approval for Best in Show and five Groups: Sporting, Non-Sporting, Toy, Terrier, and *Hound. Mrs. Lane's professional background as a retired National Board-Certified mathematics teacher showcases her commitment to excellence in both the canine and academic worlds. She was honored to be selected to judge at the largest show in North America in 2024, the AKC National Championship Dog Show in Orlando, Florida. Her judging experience also includes International dog shows. A Lifetime Member of the American Spaniel Club, Inc. and the Carolina CSC, Mrs. Lane serves as a Parent Club approved mentor to aspiring judges. She was honored to be selected by her peers to judge the American Spaniel Club Flushing Show in 2024. She is a member of the Dog Judges Association of America and the American Dog Show Judges professional organizations.
