Ms. Debarah Billings

After retiring early from a real estate and small business entrepreneurship, I started a breeding program for the Biewer Terriers in 2009 and Windsong Biewers began. I wanted to help get this fascinating breed recognized with AKC, so I showed them at Rare Breed shows until we were accepted into the FSS program. As a breeder for 17 years, I have served as Chairman of Judge’s Education, as a Director on the Board for three years, President of the Parent Club for four years, and now elected as our first AKC Delegate for the Biewer Terrier Club of America. I am a Breeder-Judge and Breeder of Merit Silver level for the Biewer Terrier and now working on other Toy breeds for my judging experience. I’m looking forward to advancing my education for all Toy breeds and my continuing commitment towards education for the community for the Biewer Terriers.
