About the Judge
I began breeding and showing Lhasas in the early 1970's and the limited BaywatchROM breeding program has, among other things, produced multiple generations of multiple group and specialty winning dogs. Baywatch is an American Lhasa Apso Club (ALAC) Register of Merit Breeder and an AKC Breeder of Merit. I have also owned & shown Pointers, Papillons, Toy Fox Terriers and Whippets and have handled and finished Beagles and Greyhounds for others.I was a three term President of ALAC and am an ALAC Parent Club approved breed mentor and Chairman of the Breed Standard Committee. In addition, I have taught a number of institute and judge's group seminars on Lhasas and other breeds.
I previously held and continue to serve in a number of positions for both all-breed and specialty clubs including AKC Delegate, President, Secretary, Treasurer and a variety of committee chairs and memberships.
As a Sporting and Terrier Group judge with additional Working, Toy and Non-Sporting breeds, I have judged the Sporting and Terrier groups at the National Dog Show as well as numerous group and specialty shows throughout the US & Canada and am now expanding further into the Working, Toy and Non-Sporting Groups.
