Ms. Lisa Cornett

Lisa Cornett Lisa Cornett is an AKC Breeder of Merit and has been actively involved in purebred dogs for more than 27 years. She has bred, owned, and exhibited multiple Group-winning, Specialty-winning, and Performance-titled American Staffordshire Terriers under the Bay Cities American Staffordshire Terriers kennel name.

Professionally, Lisa is a certified pet groomer with more than 33 years of experience, and owns Animal House Grooming in Modesto, California. Her lifelong commitment to canine structure, movement, temperament, and health has been the foundation of both her breeding program and judging career.

Lisa is approved by the American Kennel Club to judge American Staffordshire Terriers and Junior Showmanship, and enjoys mentoring exhibitors while promoting breed preservation and sportsmanship. She is continuing her judging education with additional breeds and looks forward to serving exhibitors and clubs throughout the United States.

When she is not judging or grooming, Lisa remains active in breed education and is dedicated to preserving the American Staffordshire Terrier as a sound, healthy, and correct breed.
