The Kuvasz is a large, powerful livestock guardian breed from Hungary. Bred to protect flocks from predators, the Kuvasz has a keen sense of alertness and a deep bond with its family and livestock. With a striking white coat and a courageous temperament, this breed is both a capable working dog and a devoted companion. The Kuvasz is one of the oldest known livestock guardian breeds, with origins dating back thousands of years.
