The Sunshine State is welcoming 4,890 dogs to the Orange County Convention Center where the Finals of the National Owner-Handled Series and Junior Showmanship will take place on Saturday, and Best Bred-By-Exhibitor in Show (and Best in Show!) will be selected on Sunday.
