“Verb” Wins Masters Agility Championship at 145th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show

Tarrytown, NY – The Border Collie of Wyncote, Pennsylvania, owned and handled by Perry DeWitt, won the 8th Annual Masters Agility Championship at the 145th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show presented by Purina Pro Plan® at the Lyndhurst estate in Tarrytown, New York on Friday, June11, 2021.

Verb, an 8-year-old male, officially known as On Target’s A Little Less Talk bested a field of 350 Agility competitors over two rounds of competition. After advancing to the Championship round of 50 finalists, Verb and DeWitt, the winners of the 20-inch height division, posted the fastest clean round of 31.30 seconds to become the 2021 Masters Agility Champion. Verb becomes the first two-time Masters Agility Champion, having first won that title in 2019.

Plop, a 6-year-old male, officially known as Frumpydump Paunts Paints The Town Brown, owned and handled by Lisa Topol of New York, New York, was Top All-American Dog posting a clean round of 37.73 seconds. Plop is a two-time Top All-American Dog, having first won that title in 2019.
