Watch AKC Agility Premier Cup on Espn, May 25th

The Akc Agility Premier Cup

 

WHAT:

The American Kennel Club® (AKC) is excited to announce that the AKC Agility Premier Cup will air on ESPN. The two-hour competition will be televised on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 at 7 p.m. ET/ 4 p.m. PT.

The AKC Agility Premier Cup took place on May 15th and highlights the top AKC agility competitors. The high-energy event consists of three rounds of competition featuring the best canine athletes in the sport. You won’t want to miss out on the fun!

 

What to Expect:

  • Watch over 90 dogs and their handlers compete for the championship
  • Dogs entered compete in 8”, 12”, 16”, 20”, or 24” jump heights, according to their
  • $10,000 will be awarded between the 5 jump height $500 will be given to the Reserve Winner, and $1,500 will be presented to the Winner from the finals round.
  • The broadcast will be hosted by ESPN SportsCenter anchor Antoinetta “Toni” Collins, including play by play by sportscaster Carolyn Manno, and analysis by Terry Simons, past AKC National Agility Champion.
