Lydia Coleman Hutchinson has been an AKC judge since 1964. She is qualified to judge B.I.S., Terrier, Toy, and Herding breeds, as well as Poodles, Giant, and Standard Schnauzers. Lydia is continuing to breed and show Wolf Pit Cairn Terriers (265 Champions). She was the AKC's Terrier Breeder of the Year for 2015. She was also nominated for "Winkie" in the category of Outstanding Breeder in 2016. Lydia is a former breeder of Miniature Poodles.
